They'll be judging the competition in a new category, sauces. It's a must-see! You can tune in to Food Network to find out which chef wins the top prize.

Erica Blaire Roby

Roby's recent appearance on Blue Smoke Grill, a Food Network program, shows that she has more to cooking than many people think. She learned from some of the greatest chefs in the world and received a $7,500 Preserve the Pit grant. Competing against the best barbecue chefs in America, Roby put her skills to the test. Roby was up against tough competition, but she persevered, even with a broken finger.

Roby is a psychology grad and has worked both as a wine expert, as well criminal defense attorney. Prior to competing on Food Network, she had spent some time working as a sommelier, pairing wines with foods. She was able to rekindle her love for cooking and the kitchen through this work. Roby was raised in a barbecue house, and her love of the grill is a natural result.

Despite her legal career, Roby decided to take up cooking barbecue after having her first child. Her father's dream of her opening a barbecue restaurant inspired her, so she decided to take up the challenge. Roby signed up for a celebrity barbecue chef Harry Soo's cooking class in 2018. She became a certified barbecue pitmaster, and soon began working at a barbecue restaurant.

Her love of barbecue began as a hobby. But, she soon became obsessed with barbecue. She started out by cooking on her backyard patio. Later, she competed in barbecue contests across the nation, cooking alongside world-famous pitmasters. She has opened a number of pop-ups in Dayton, Ohio since then. She hopes to one day open a food truck.

Team Brawl vs. Team Brawl vs.

Two of the best chefs in the world will team up to challenge each other for the title of ultimate griller in the third season of Food Network's BBQ Team Brawl. Anne Burrell and Jet Tila will take on Bobby Flay and Team Anne in a dinner-party brawl that's sure to be one to remember. Matt Roth, a favorite of "BBQ Brawl", returns to the Austin-based Smokin Beauty along with his wife Thao.

Ann advised the contestants what they should make, while Jet and Team Bobby let the participants choose. As a result, Team Bobby failed to make his ceviche. This time Team Anne has an advantage. Anne even jumped down the throat of Team Bobby's contestant while he was reaching for an ingredient.

Like all Food Network competitions there are many familiar faces in the new season BBQ Team Brawl. Lee Ann Whippen, a 23-year veteran of barbecuing, will be the team's judge. She is also the managing member of Deviled Pig Tampa and a judge in the Kansas City Barbecue Society. She has won numerous national and international barbecue championships.

Flay and Symon fought it out for the best barbecue sandwich in another battle. This time, Lee Ann took a more traditional approach to the sandwich, while Susie went for an exotic twist. Her pork belly banh mi pushed the boundaries of flavors while the judges thought it was too thick. Team Anne's hamburger was tasty, juicy, and served on a solid bun.
