Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you make them perfectly? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. The eggs must be fresh from an organic source and kept at room temperature until they are ready to be cooked. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

You might also try separating the egg before adding to the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, heat the egg for 10 seconds in the microwave before placing it in the pan. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.
